INLAYLINK has domestic advanced production and testing equipment with a scientific and rational process management system. We carry out all procedures of procurement, designing, processing, and inspection etc. according to ISO9001 Quality Management System standards, and implement comprehensive control to meet the high-volume high-quality order requirements both in production speed and product quality.

1. Strict Procurement Standards

We select imported high-temperature resistant PET material as raw material, and put it into production only after rigorous inspection to ensure our stringent requirements for quality.

2. RFID Tag Antenna Design Capability

INLAYLINK possesses a strong RFID tag antenna design capability. Our design team not only in Shanghai, but also in France, the United States and other countries. With over 10 years of experience in designing of antenna, our antenna designers have been able to design antennas that match all of the world's leading chips, and we have designed thousands of antennas for global customers.

Our RFID tag antennas are widely used in railway transportation, library management, asset tracking, logistics & supply chain management, pharmaceutical medicine, one-way metro tickets, large-scale conference and exhibition tickets and other fields, such as Shanghai World Expo tickets, rail transit tickets for cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shenzhen, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway train tickets, European passport, anti-counterfeit labels for well-known domestic liquor brand and other large-scale projects.

3. RFID Tag Antenna Production Capacity

INLAYLINK has a plant covers an area of about 25,000 meters. With nearly 200 skilled workers and 12 domestic advanced etching lines in the workshop, our annual capacity can reach 10 billion.
High machining precision can be realized.
For aluminum material machining, the minimum trace width is 0.2mm, the minimum trace spacing is 0.2mm, and the minimum partial trace spacing can reach 0.13mm.
For copper material machining, the minimum trace width and spacing is 0.1mm.

4. Comprehensive Products Inspection

Compared to other companies in this industry, we adopt more stringent inspection standards. We carry out a number of product quality inspection procedures under the strict implementation of the ISO9001 quality management system. We also introduced high-speed on-line testing equipment, as well as the use of manpower for inspection. With the manpower and machine double inspection methods, we conduct a 100% comprehensive inspection for finished products, achieving a pass rate of not less than 99.5%.
